After 16 weeks, lower body days are definitely harder than upper body days. Doing 5/3/1 box squats, into FBB banded sumo deadlifts, into a couplet of barbell hip thrusts and goblet curtsy drop lunges, just knocked me quite a bit. At the beginning of each week, I'd simply look at the week of FBB, and then put the workouts on the appropriate days.
I am dating a pro female bodybuilder, and my insight advice would be patience during competition season, be supportive they are training a lot, and going to be tired and moody any little thing you can do to help make their life easier will be appreciated. Go workout with them, just be their support system.
There are a lot more 4th ed than revised for sure. In my experience in Spain in the begining, fbb duals were cheaper than revised ones because they only print in french, italian and german and people prefer white border. On the other hand we got 4th edition black border in spanish that don'y exist in italian, french or german.
